By submitting a photo image through the Grand View University Campus ID Photo Upload website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the image submission.
If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the Campus Services department to have your photo taken and your Campus ID produced.
This Photo Upload web site is provided by the Campus Services department along with the IT department University and its third party suppliers. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.
Your Campus ID is the official ID card of the University and is managed by the Campus Services department. The Campus ID is the property of Grand View University and its use is governed by the University's regulations and policies.
The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your Campus ID Card. The Campus ID is proof of identity and provides access to facilities. Everyone is granted access to various facilities and rooms on campus using your Campus ID, including Student access to the residence halls. This access is based on the approval given to you by that facility. Common university area access, such as the Grand View University Library and Student Center is automatically granted to all. Students will be required to use their cards at the library to check out books.
By submitting this photo for your Campus ID you agree this photo may be used by Grand View University for administrative and directory functions.
Grand View University does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Photo Upload System. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason.
- Lost cards must be replaced at Campus Services.
- The card holder is responsible for the cost ($20)of a replacement card.
- Do not lend your card to anyone for any purpose.
- Do not punch holes in your card.
